Values

Values

Place-based work

We start from the specifics of a site, its ecology, history, and community, and develop work that responds to it.

Care and stewardship

We work with attention to materials, relationships, and long-term impact, building durable connections with artists, partners, communities, and the contexts that host our projects.

Public access

Cultural programs are designed to include public moments, open studios, talks, walks, gatherings, or accessible formats wherever possible.

Working with communities

We work with local communities and broader networks of artists, builders, founders, and practitioners, designing programs that involve them as participants and contributors.

Fair work

Artists and contributors are paid fairly. Contracts are clear. Volunteers and community contributors are recognised.
